Use cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent, NEVER USE FABRIC SOFTENER.
Air dry, or hang dry, out of direct sunlight. NEVER PUT YOUR CYCLEWEAR IN THE DRYER.
If your cycle wear has zippers or drawstrings, be sure to close zippers and tie drawstrings before laundering. For gloves, warmers, and other smaller items use a laundry bag! For tough stains use a colorfast stain remover, apply directly to stain and let garment soak in cold water overnight. Then launder as usual with an extra rinse cycle.
