Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.
Returning Kits: Returning a Kit for a REFUND; You may return a kit for REFUND, but please note that the entire kit must be returned.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF A PARTIAL KIT FOR REFUND.
Returning a Kit for an EXCHANGE; We understand if your sizing calculations were off. It happens. You may return one piece or your entire kit for EXCHANGE in another size.
Simply note your new preferred size in the Exchange Request portion of your Invoice before including it in your return package

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT. Washed or Worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you request an EXCHANGE the new shipping charges to send the replacement item to you will be FREE.
