Our Return Policy:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in its original packaging. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund or exchange. All products returned will be thoroughly inspected. Any items that don’t meet our return policy will be mailed back to you at your own expense. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE!
For all returns, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via a trackable method. Keep the proof of return postage until your return has been processed. Canari.com will not be responsible for lost return packages.
For exchanges on domestic orders, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
For refunds to the original payment method, an $8 restocking fee and the cost of the original freight will be deducted from the return balance. There’s no restocking fee for store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
For International Orders, If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you would like to proceed with an exchange you will be responsible for the new item to be sent back to you.
All return requests need to be processed through our portal and the assigned RMA number needs to be included with the return package. Failure to do so might cause a delay in processing your return.
