RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Our Return Policy: 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in its original packaging. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund or exchange. All products returned will be thoroughly inspected. Any items that don’t meet our return policy will be mailed back to you at your own expense. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.

 Original shipping costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE!

For all returns, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via a trackable method. Keep the proof of return postage until your return has been processed. Canari.com will not be responsible for lost return packages.

For exchanges on domestic orders, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

For refunds to the original payment method, an $8 restocking fee and the cost of the original freight will be deducted from the return balance. There’s no restocking fee for store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

For International Orders, If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you would like to proceed with an exchange you will be responsible for the new item to be sent back to you.

All return requests need to be processed through our portal and the assigned RMA number needs to be included with the return package. Failure to do so might cause a delay in processing your return.

WARRANTY

CANARI'S WARRANTY

Thank you for purchasing a Canari Product! Your satisfaction is important to us.

Each Canari piece is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If you have purchased a defective product from a retailer outside of canari.com, please return the garment to the retailer where you originally purchased it. They will contact us on your behalf.

For customers who purchase from canari.com- If your Canari product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace the product for up to one year from the purchase date. Repairs and replacements are fully at our discretion. The Canari warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper laundering, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over extended time/use.

CANARI CUSTOM

Canari’s goal is to put the highest quality custom cycling apparel in your hands as quickly as possible. As customized products are unique and made to order, all sales are FINAL, but to help ensure the best ride experience in our apparel, we do offer a warranty / repair program.

Once we receive notice of your warranty claim, we will request information and photos of the garment/s issues. If your claim is elevated, we will initiate a Return Authorization (RA) and upon receipt of the garment, inspect the error. Once we assess the issue, we will decide the best way to fix the issue and process the warranty. Please note we cannot rush / expedite warranty claims! No refunds or exchanges will be processed outside of manufacturing defects on custom apparel.

Canari Custom will offer repair or replacement product with manufacturing defects including but not limited to:

  • Sewing issues such as seam bursting and pulling
  • Fabric issues such as trimming cuts, fabric pulls or runs (must be reported within 1 week of delivery date)
  • Artwork that has clear errors based on approved art such as missing logos or design elements, logo orientation, incorrect colors as examples (see our art guidelines)
  • Incorrect tagged / labeled items (size, gender, cut differs from confirmed order)
  • Defective zippers

If you ordered an incorrectly sized custom garment for whatever reason, you can reorder an identical replacement in another size for 50% less than our retail price.
You get to keep both the original garment as well as the replacement.
This offer is valid for up to 6 months after the original purchase and may only be taken advantage of one time per client per garment ordered.

All shipments to the Canari / Shebeest Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured.
Canari/Shebeest cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
All products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

If your packaged has been received damaged or an item is missing first please contact the shipping provider directly.
They will be able to give you a proper update in the quickest amount of time.
If they don't have a good answer, please contact us with the shipping providers claim number and we will follow up and take necessary steps.

We handle repairs on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our custom experience a positive one. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal product wear and tear
  • Product that has been modified outside of our production facility
  • Wear of fabric caused by improper care such as bleach, harsh cleaners, high heat dry cycles, dry cleaning, chlorinated pools, etc. (see our care instructions)
  • Abrasion caused by Velcro, Saddle Bags, or pack straps
  • Wear and tear caused by pinning of numbers, wetsuit / lifejacket layering

Canari Crash/Damage Replacement

  • Hopefully you are ok and back on the bike! If you should crash or damage your clothing simply contact us about our crash replacement policy; submit a photo of the damaged apparel, let us know what happened and we will review the request promptly. Once your request is approved we will instruct you on how to purchase a replacement garment of the same model, design, and options at 50% less than the retail price. (plus any tax / shipping fees)

SHIPPING

 

Order Processing Time

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders, including those with expedited shipping, may take 3-5 full business days to be processed (Monday-Thursday). Holidays and weekends are excluded.

Processing time and delivery dates may be extended during sales and when shipping volume is high.

If you need to receive the order ASAP, please feel free to email us. We will gladly rush the order to ship it on the same day (M-TH). However, we cannot guarantee when it will be delivered.


Domestic Shipping


Please note all delivery times are estimates and will vary depending on the region and carrier. Once the order ships you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Free shipping offers only apply to domestic ground shipments over $50 or more (after taxes, promotions and discounts are applied) shipped to a single US address.

All expedited methods such as 2-day, 1-day, and Next day options refer to shipping time and are NOT guaranteed deliveries.


International Shipping


All international packages may be subject to additional charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged. The customer is held responsible for any additional charges. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Use cold water, gentle cycle, and mild detergent. NEVER USE FABRIC SOFTENER.

Air dry, or hang dry, out of direct sunlight. NEVER PUT YOUR CYCLEWEAR IN THE DRYER.

If your cycle wear has zippers or drawstrings, be sure to close zippers and tie drawstrings before laundering. For gloves, warmers, and other smaller items use a laundry bag. For tough stains use a colorfast stain remover, apply directly to stain and let garment soak in cold water overnight. The next day launder as usual with an extra rinse cycle.

Returns: You have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags MUST BE ATTACHED. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED MORE THAN 25 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you request an EXCHANGE the new shipping charges to send the replacement item to you will be FREE. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us at canari@leemarcind.com.

Thank you for purchasing a Canari Product! Your satisfaction is important to us. All non-custom Canari brand products come with a lifetime guarantee.
