Our customer service team, designers, print team, cutting, sewing, QC and shipping team are all under one roof. This creates a seamless flow from start to finish allowing us to control the process, ensuring you get exactly what you want and expect.

PRINT AND TRANSFER DEPARTMENT
Our custom print production uses large format, state-of-the-art digital printers. Our color palette encompasses 60-plus standard colors, 17 fluorescent color options and the ability to match colors that may not be on our existing palette. The combination of high-quality inks and papers and our expert in-house print team will make sure that your custom clothing design is vibrant and true to your vision.

SEWING DEPARTMENT
Our sewing facility has employees with over 20 years apparel production and finishing experience. Owning our own factory means we have to be experts at every stage of production. We are constantly reviewing techniques and details that keep our apparel in-line with the highest standards that the sport of cycling demands.

QUALITY CONTROL
We check and recheck every color and detail of your order to ensure the products delivered are what you ordered. We start by examining the sublimated artwork and compare that to the approved design proofs; then we confirm the final colors match what you ordered. Every garment is measured in multiple locations to confirm the final fit matches our stringent product specifications. Lastly, we check fabric, stitching and zippers for sub-quality issues. If we find the smallest imperfection, the garment will not pass QC and will be sent back to be repaired or replaced.
Having our entire team under one roof gives us the ability and flexibility to implement multiple checkpoints for the most comprehensive quality control.
